  There is no trick in this plan. No hidden cost, no attempt to make you pay more.
  The price is made possible because we do not provide technical assistance, nor options on the plan. You just take it or leave it.
  
  
  
  

• Can I use my account for business purposes ?

  
  Of course, if your business is compatible with the low level of features we provide on this plan.
  
  
  
  

• Do you provide a SMTP server ?

  
  No. You have to use your ISP's SMTP server for your outgoing e-mail.
  
  
  
  

• Can I use e-mail addresses using the domain name installed on my plan?

  
  Of course. Your plan comes with 10 e-mail addresses feature like :
  any.name@domain-name.com
  another-name@domain-name.com
  and so on.
  The point is that no e-mail account is hosted on the server : you must redirect every address to your usual POP acount(s), by example the one(s) given by your ISP.
  Of course, should you change your ISP (thus your POP account(s) ID('s)), you can change the redirection at any time emailing us.
  
  
  
  

• Can I buy my domain name together with my plan ?

  
  Yes. Indeed it's the best way to do. Choose your own domain name in .BIZ/.COM/.INFO/.NAME/.NET/.ORG/.BE
  Once you have choosen your domain name, you may begin with us your hosting plan.
  We will provide you with an easy way to configure correctly the DNS's.
  We will send you at the end your login and password for your ftp account.
  
  
  
  

• How do I use MySql database ?

  
  One MySql database is automatically created with your account.
  You receive every useful information to use it on the mail issued upon your account final creation.
  Using these informations, you may use your PhpMyAdmin interface to manage your database.
  
  
  
  

• What could I do if I already get my existing domain name ?

  
  Best thing is creating a new domain name with our plan, it is include in the price.
